At Mountain High Outfitters, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear and apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the product.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
